Hi Anil,
At first, I would like to say thanks for your trust.
DBA is real good IT professional job without limitation on ages. Also, DBA plays key role in a software application system.
If I were you, I’ll go pursue an Oracle Professional Certificate first. Because, through the preparation of exam, you’ll learn the basic oracle architecture along with important concepts. I’ve been working as developer for couple of years before got hired as DBA. Experience on development is benefit but not mandatory
I know some large organization or exterprise offer tens of positions with DBA, from entry level to senior level. I do think the certificate (if you have) and your education background can help you to get a position of DBA.
Good Luck.
